Recycling Services Division
At Garten Services, we know it’s important that everyone in the community work together to reduce, reuse and recycle our solid waste. Recycling conserves our natural resources and diminishes the level of solid waste stream that was formerly dumped in our landfills.
For more than 30 years, Garten Recycling has provided large-scale recycling for communities across the Central Willamette Valley.
• We work closely with haulers throughout Marion and Polk Counties to process the curb-side recycling they collect on their regular routes.
• We work individually with local businesses and government agencies to assess their unique recycling needs, help them establish and maintain on-site recycling programs, and schedule regular pick-up by Garten’s truck fleet.
Thank you for your recycling efforts! You are not only protecting the environment and saving natural resources, but you are also providing jobs for people with disabilities.

Garten’s 24-Hour Recycling Depot does not accept:

• empty motor oil bottles
• used motor oil
• plastic spray pumps
• hazardous materials
Please take hazardous materials to Salem-Keizer Recycling & Transfer Station on:
• pesticides
• solvents
• herbicides
• paints
• oil
• glues
• other adhesives
