Custodians - Eugene, OR

-  Ensure custodial contract specifications are fulfilled for the facility.
-  Assist supervisor as requested and make regular contact throughout shift to report any problems or concerns.
-  Develop and maintain positive relationships with external site representatives
—Ensure building security at specified sites


-  Ability to make decisions and use discretion
-  Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
-  Proficient or willing to learn all aspects of custodial tasks/duties
-  Physical ability to operate custodial equipment, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, reach overhead, climb stairs, move items, and make repetitive motions of the arms and hands.
-  Physical ability to push/pull up to 40 pounds, and to lift up to 150 pounds with assistance and to carry up to 40 pounds regularly throughout a normal workday

Education and/or Experience Required:

-  Previous experience in custodial methods and procedures a plus
-  Those having ability to communicate in sign language given preference
-  High school diploma or equivalent
