Day Break Day Activities Program

Day Break Day Activities Program provides day activity and life enrichment services to seniors and others with disabilities who are unable to or choose not to work full-time.

At Day Break, people meet others who share their interests. They build friendships and enjoy day activities that engage the whole person, as they share ordinary places and experiences, make choices, contribute to the community and experience the respect of others. Attendees enjoy stimulating activities, socialization and supervised outings.

Community excursions offer engaging, enjoyable field trips to parks, events, parades, historic sites and more.

Art projects provide activities that encourage self-expression, relaxation and personal enjoyment.

Community service projects help Day Break participants give back to others - like packing “Love Boxes for the Troops” for U.S. service members serving overseas.

Person-centered services help Day Break participants fill their days with things they choose to do. Our competent Day Break staff ensures that the personal needs of each individual is carefully met.
