Every year on the first Saturday in August, we hold our Annual Garten Party fundraiser dinner and auction.
This event has grown more and more popular over the years and raises net revenue of between $35,000 and $50,000 each year for Garten’s programs. It is a key community outreach/education event for us, a crucial fundraising effort - and ... well ... it’s just a whole lot of fun!
Silent and live auctions provide some great bidding opportunities to hundreds of guests.
If you are interested in contributing to Garten’s annual auction, we would love to hear from you! What kinds of things are most popular?
* Certificates for services: automotive, landscaping, pet grooming, massage, and the like.
* Passes: for sports events, concerts, Oregon Zoo and OMSI, etc.
* Gift certificates: boutiques, gift shops, restaurants, department stores
* Art: original art work or high quality prints - or framing service are also great
* Lodging:a stay at the coast, Black Butte, Hawaii, or other time share locations
* Gift baskets of all varieties!
