Garten Services, Inc. purposefully contributes to the vibrant health of local Central Valley communities in several ways:
We help community businesses successfully train and hire people with disabilities as valuable members of their teams.
We hire people with developmental disabilities and long-term mental illness to work in Garten’s varied business enterprises.
We hire qualified and dedicated staff to work in Garten’s administrative and program positions.
We provide alternative-to-work services for seniors with disabilities and others who are unable or choose not to work full-time.
At Garten, we believe in employee empowerment and a participatory work environment. This often means that more people are involved in a hiring decision. Just getting five or six people together to do an interview can take several weeks.
We realize that the job search process can feel like it goes on forever. We communicate with your frequently make the process less mysterious and less complicated—for the staff that we hire to work for Garten as well as the people with disabilities that we place in a variety of job settings.
